Overcoming Anxiety, Excessive Worry and Overwhelm

Do you struggle manage the demands of daily life? Do you find it hard to put yourself first? Are you constantly doubting yourself or not feeling good enough? Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed more easily than usual? If so, and you would like a fast, intensive, treatment that will help you to overcome it, then this retreat is for you. This retreat will help you to master your overwhelming feelings by helping you to develop practical tools that will allow you to take back control. You will learn about how anxiety hijacks the nervous system and why just thinking your way out of it often doesn't work. You will learn how to prioritise the things that are most meaningful and important to you, as well as developing a better sense of your boundaries and how to hold them. This retreat also incorporates EMDR, which can help you process any past experiences that have contributed to your overwhelm, which might be shaping how you feel in the here and now. These retreats are suitable for common anxiety-related problems including: Excessive Worry, Panic Attacks, Social Anxiety, Performance Anxiety. Overcoming Low Self-Esteem

If you are lacking in self-esteem or self-confidence, this retreat, or therapy intensive, is for you. These packages are aimed at conquering self-esteem issues and improving self-confidence. Whether it is a recent event that has knocked your confidence or longstanding issues that stem from early experiences, we can help. We use a range of therapies that have been proven to work. This includes therapies which help you to develop a range of practical tools to help you to manage how you are feeling as well as EMDR. The addition of EMDR means that you will have the opportunity to process any past experiences that may have contributed to your low self-esteem in your 1:1 sessions. Overcoming Burnout and Perfectionism

Are you feeling exhausted? Are you struggling to cope in the face of excessive demands? If so, this retreat, or therapy intensive, is for you. We use a range of different therapeutic approaches to help you to recover from burnout. We also help you to identify the root causes, which are often more about internal factors like beliefs and personal expectations, and help you to address these without feeling like you are compromising your standards. We will help you to identify early warning signs and develop practical tools to navigate situations in a way that doesn't compromise your mental health or well-being.
